Free Standard Shipping on all Orders over $100. A shipping charge of $9.99 applies to all orders below $100.
All "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" orders will be sent either by US Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If you have a preference for shipping type, please note in the Comments Section during checkout.
All international orders have a standard shipping charge of $34.95. We do not take responsibility for any customs charges you may receive. All international orders are shipped using DHL Express mail with tracking and signature confirmation.
All orders delivered to New York will have applicable sales tax added to your order during checkout.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 5-10 business days.
On progressive or polarized lenses, please allow at least 2-3 extra days. We must look carefully at the measurements and the lens has to be surfaced (built from scratch)
Returns are Easy at GlassesSpot.com
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your frames. Should you wish to return any item please advise our Customer Services department at 1-646-666-2871. We can then advise you of the correct procedure. Please note that any returned items should be in perfect condition and totally unmarked. A 10% restcoking fee will be charged on your first frame. If you order more then one frame an additional 10% will be added to your second frame in the case of a return. Any exchange will not have any fees. The return shipping must be paid by you.
Late Fees And Missing Item Fees
All items that are missing original packaging are subject to additional fees.
For A missing Case it is a $10 Fee. Any item that is returned to us after 30 days will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee
Prescription Glasses and Prescription Sunglasses Returns
If this item is purchased with prescription lenses it will be classed as tailor made and therefore will not be returned for a refund. However we will refund the cost of the frame. If you believe that your prescription lenses were incorrectly produced in our lab, we will correct them at no additional cost to you.
Returning Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item please contact us our Customer Service at 1-646-666-2871 where we will assist you. One of our Customer Service agents will issue you with an RMA Ticket should the item require returning your purchase.
